Any company that makes it on to this page must be able to produce a product that can take the abuse I've given it and or provide a level of service that tolerates my expectation in support i.e.: responding to emails in less than 24 hours and having responding politely and knowledgeably to phone calls during normal business hours.

I purchased all Hayn fittings when we re-rigged the entire boat in '06. I found in their descriptions there was no mention of lubricating the threads prior to prefitting them. One of the fittings gualed. I'd actually never had this happen before. However when I called Hayn's distributor they promptly shipped me a replacement fitting. In addition I never picked up from their literature that 1 x 19 wire needed a different wire sleeve than Dyformed wire. They shipped the correct former the same day.
When I ordered the lifeline wire every thing came in the correct length. However the threads on one of the lifelines would only thread part way into
