While Practical Sailor does an admirable job of aiding the yachtman in purchasing decisions, they don't actually use all their products all the time. In the list below I'll provide my experiences with a variety of companies and or products. The data is not scientific by any way shape or form. It is provided in the hope that my real world experence may give you some valuable feedback. As in all things free; consider this worth what you pay for it. As I add to this page I'll add details as to why I placed the various items in the categories I did.
Trials, tribulations and adventures of refurbishing and
sailing our Westsail 42.
