Hayn SS Rigging Terminals
I purchased all Hayn fittings when we re-rigged the entire boat in '06. I found in their descriptions there was no mention of lubricating the threads prior to refitting them. One of the fittings galled. I'd actually never had this happen before. However when I called Hayn's distributor they promptly shipped me a replacement fitting. In addition I never picked up from their literature that 1 x 19 wire needed a different wire sleeve than Deforme wire. They shipped the correct former the same day.
